The purpose of iPhotoshop Manager - as its name suggests - is to manage the photographer's digital photographs and also manage the web site.

To create a new event (album) the photographer simply needs to specify some information about the event such as the Reference, Title, Description and Event Date. The photographer can also optionally specify whether a password is to be required by the web site visitor. Another option is to specify whether the photos are watermarked whilst being uploaded to the web site. Images can then be added to the event. This is done by simply selecting photo files from the folder where they are stored, whether that be on the PC, Camera, Scanner, or Film Scanner. Once the photos have been added, all that needs to be done is to click the Syncronise button. At this point the new event along with its descriptive information and its photos are uploaded to the web site enabling you to proof/sell your photos online.

As well as any new event information being upload during Syncronisation, any orders that have been placed on the web site are automatically downloaded. Once downloaded, the orders can then be processed.
iPhotoshop Manager gives the photographer full control of all aspects of the web site, including the different products offered to customers and the product pricing. iPhotoshop Manager aids in the everyday task of printing photos, burning photos to CD/DVD and emailing photos to a development lab.
